Using the cold brew method is one of the easiest and quickest ways to enjoy coffee. You can make small amounts for one serving, or use the whole 12 oz bag to make coffee for the entire week.
For best flavor, use filtered water. Add 7-10 cups of water to a 12 oz. bag of coffee in a glass jar, or follow directions for your home cold brewing system. Steep for 12-24 hours either in the fridge or on a countertop. Drain coffee concentrate into another container, straining ground through a paper filter or fine mesh bag.
For smaller servings, start with about 3/4 cups of water to 1 oz. ground coffee. Mix the coffee and water together in a glass container, and steep for 12-24 hours in the fridge or countertop. Drain coffee concentrate through a paper filter or fine mesh bag or cloth.
To enjoy cold, use 1 part coffee to 1-3 parts water, milk, soy, or nut milk. To enjoy hot, combine coffee concentrate with 1-3 parts hot water.
